Try the Demo
If you want to evaluate Trainery before creating an organization of your own, the public demo tenant lets you explore every part of the platform without signing up.
The demo is hosted at demo.trainery.app. Open it in any browser — there is no signup, no password, and no email confirmation.
What the demo includes
Section titled “What the demo includes”The demo tenant comes preloaded with realistic data so every page feels populated from the moment you land on it:
- A studio with around forty members and several trainers
- A handful of training types — yoga, strength, dance, and so on
- Sessions scheduled across the past week, today, and the next two weeks
- Active passes, attendance history, and recent bookings to look at
The data is reseeded automatically every night, so anything you change during your visit is short-lived. This also means you can experiment freely — book sessions, cancel them, grant passes, mark attendance — without worrying about disturbing anyone.
Auto-login as a member
Section titled “Auto-login as a member”When you open the demo URL, you are automatically signed in as a seeded Member account. There is no login form to fill in. You land directly on the member dashboard with your stats, upcoming bookings, and pass usage already populated.
The session is browser-local — closing the tab and coming back will simply log you in again under a fresh state.
Switching roles
Section titled “Switching roles”A persistent banner runs along the top of every page on the demo. It is the entry point for everything you can do that is unique to the demo experience.
Use the role dropdown in the banner to view the platform as a different role:
| Role | Where you land |
|---|---|
| Member | Member home — your bookings, passes, attendance |
| Trainer | Trainer sessions — your upcoming sessions and rosters |
| Admin | Schedule overview — full organization scheduling |
| Owner | User and role administration |
Switching is a real re-authentication: the platform issues a fresh access token for the chosen role and redirects you to that role’s default page. Permissions, navigation, and visible features all match what someone with that role would actually see.
You can switch as many times as you like. Each role has its own seeded account, so any data you create as one role is visible to the others (just like in a real organization).
Guided tour
Section titled “Guided tour”The first time you land on the demo as a Member — and again each time you switch to a role you have not seen before — a short guided tour points out the parts of the screen worth your attention. Each step highlights one element with a soft ring and shows a tooltip card explaining what it is.
You can step through with Next, go Back, or Skip at any time. The tour navigates between pages on your behalf, so you do not need to know the route names — by the end of a role’s tour you will have seen the main entry points it uses day to day.
If you want to revisit a tour later, click Replay tour in the demo banner — it restarts the current role’s tour from the beginning. Once you finish or skip a role’s tour, it does not auto-start again on the same browser; the Replay button is the way to bring it back.
The Owner tour ends with a Talk to us button that takes you to our contact form on the main site, in case you have seen enough and want to start a real conversation.
The captured-message inbox
Section titled “The captured-message inbox”Trainery sends real emails (booking confirmations, password resets, invitations) and Telegram messages (session reminders, pass updates) to your members. On the demo, none of this leaves the building — there are no real recipients.
Instead, every message that would have been sent is captured and stored in an in-app demo inbox. The banner shows an envelope icon with an unread count; click it to open a slide-over panel listing the captured messages, including:
- Channel (email or Telegram)
- Recipient
- Subject and body
- Timestamp
This is the easiest way to see what your members would actually receive when, say, you grant them a pass or cancel a session — without us needing to send anything to a real address.
Nightly reset
Section titled “Nightly reset”Every night at around 04:00 UTC the demo tenant is wiped and reseeded. This keeps the data fresh and time-relative so visitors always see “today’s sessions” and “this week’s attendance” rather than stale fixtures.
If you happen to be on the site during the reset, any action that writes data will briefly fail with a “Demo refreshed — reloading…” message. The page reloads automatically and signs you back in once the reset completes — usually within thirty seconds. No action is required from you.
What the demo cannot do
Section titled “What the demo cannot do”The demo is meant for evaluation, not real operations. A few things behave differently or are not available:
- No real emails or notifications — captured to the inbox instead, never delivered.
- No self-serve signup — accounts are seeded, not created on demand.
- No persistence beyond the night — anything you do is reset by the next morning.
- Telegram linking — the connect-Telegram flow shows a captured-preview screen rather than opening the bot.
If you are ready to set up your own organization, head back to the Trainery website and request access — we will help you get a real tenant configured.
Where to go next
Section titled “Where to go next”Once you have explored the demo, the role-specific guides will take you deeper into each area of the platform:
