Cancellation & Refund Policy

Language of authority: This English version is provided for informational purposes. The legally binding version is the Ukrainian-language Умови скасування та повернення коштів. In case of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails. The binding contractual terms are set out in Sections 5, 6 and 10 of the Terms of Service (Public Offer); this page summarizes them in plain language.
In short: every organization gets a 30-day free trial, the subscription is then billed monthly in advance, you can cancel at any time, and we don't charge for refunds of unused time — because the free trial is your risk-free window to decide.
1. Your 30-day free trial
Every new organization starts with a free 30 (thirty) calendar day trial of the full Service — no payment and no card required. This is your opportunity to evaluate Trainery completely before any money changes hands. After the trial ends, access is suspended unless you choose and pay for a Subscription Plan.
2. How billing works
Subscriptions are billed on a 100% prepayment basis for each billing period (monthly, unless your plan states otherwise). All prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH); Trainery is operated by a single-tax payer of group 3 (non-VAT), so VAT is not included.
The Service does not currently charge you automatically. Each period is paid manually, and when a paid period ends your access is simply suspended until the next period is paid — there is nothing running in the background that will keep billing you.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Because billing is manual and per-period, cancelling can be as simple as not paying for the next period — but if you'd like written confirmation, just email support@trainery.app.
When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be billed again. You keep full access until that period ends — there is no immediate cut-off.
4. Refunds
Fees paid for a period that has already been provided are non-refundable, and we do not refund partial months or unused time after cancellation. The 30-day free trial exists precisely so you can evaluate the Service in full before paying, so no separate refund is offered on top of it.
5. If you are an individual consumer
Most of our customers are businesses (registered entrepreneurs or legal entities). If you are a consumer — a natural person not acting for business purposes — note that by accepting the Terms and starting to use the paid Service you expressly ask us to begin providing it immediately, and you acknowledge that once provision has begun with your prior express consent you lose the statutory right to withdraw from the contract for the digital service already provided, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer-protection law. This does not limit your rights if we are in material breach (see Section 6).
6. Exceptions
If you terminate because of a material breach by us (the Provider), you may be entitled to a refund of the unused paid period, and any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law continue to apply and prevail over this policy.
